Concealer in a Jar

My opinion: I think it works best for covering acne, acne scars, and blemishes in general, because it’s quite “heavy” for under-eye circles and tends to crease. I apply it with the ELF Blending Eye Brush because it blends very well on problem areas and looks great once I apply foundation over it.
